Returns  and Exchanges

SummaForte recognizes that despite our commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction, sometimes someone may feel like they expected something different than what they received. Consequently, all products sold within the U.S. and Canada carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.  Note that the product(s) must have been purchased directly from SummaForte.   

We are working on a better solution to service our customers internationally; for the time being, your order is final and we cannot accept returns outside of the US and Canada regardless of the issue. 

If you initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase of the product, we will issue a refund of the verified price paid.  Refunds for products returned beyond 30 days may be granted at the sole discretion of the company. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the returns and refund policy.  

If you are not satisfied with the product, here is how to return it and request a refund: 

  1. Visit our Returns Center on SummaForte.com (summaforte.com/pages/returns) 
  2. Enter your number and email address used at time to purchase into our returns center to generate a pre paid, pre-addressed label. 
  3. Only items within our 30 day return window will be eligible to create a return in our Returns Center. 
  4. Upon printing the label, please place the unused product back in the packaging it came in.  Place the packaged product into a shippable box/bag/envelop and affix the return label to the box.   
  5. Drop the labeled box off at any location for the carrier associated with the return label (e.g. United States Postal Office, FedEx, UPS).   

If you are not satisfied with the product, and you are outside of our 30 day return window, please email support@summaforte.com with an explanation of your concern and we will be in touch with you within 3 to 5 business days.
